San Lo Village
A joyful place of mutual support and fellowship, where everyone feels welcome, learns and gives of themselves.
In the heart of Manila, we want to offer a green, peaceful and safe space where local residents can gather:
students, street children and their families, volunteers, young people entering the world of work.
By giving everyone an education, knowledge, a future and, above all, love.
We want to be the heart of Christ, beating day and night for everyone, for young people and for the poorest and most disadvantaged.
We want to transform the neighbourhood to transform lives!
Today, three missionary dimensions coexist and support each other in SanLo.
- A student residence in the heart of the university district, offering a space conducive to study in a friendly atmosphere, and rooted in spiritual life.
- A social mission to support disadvantaged children in the neighbourhood and their families, and to help young people integrate into working life.
- A pastoral ministry for young people and couples – open to the outside world, allowing everyone to find a place to live and/or spiritual formation in contact with the brothers and sisters of the Chemin Neuf Community.
